Elle sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par quelques accords et avenants, conclus par les partenaires sociaux, qui assureront le maintien de certaines dispositions territoriales (m\u00e9tallurgie) et sectorielles (sid\u00e9rurgie).<\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph -->Ce nouveau texte est marqu\u00e9 par de nombreux changements tels que la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un nouveau syst\u00e8me de classification des emplois ou encore la mise en place d\u2019une grille de salaire unique et d\u2019une protection sociale compl\u00e9mentaire identique sur tout le territoire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tour d\u2019horizon des changements auxquels doivent s\u2019attendre les 42 000 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du secteur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\u00a0\u00bb1_3,1_3,1_3&Prime; Une protection sociale compl\u00e9mentaire unique<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Obligatoire depuis le <strong>1er janvier 2023<\/strong>, la <strong>protection sociale compl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong> est le premier changement effectif de la nouvelle CCNM. Les salari\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9sormais d\u2019un <strong>socle de garanties minimales couvrant les frais de sant\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9voyance<\/strong> (incapacit\u00e9, invalidit\u00e9 et d\u00e9c\u00e8s), financ\u00e9 par les employeurs via des cotisations vers\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs organismes compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>L\u2019employeur peut \u00e9galement renforcer la couverture de ses salari\u00e9s en ajoutant des garanties facultatives \u00e0 la charge du salari\u00e9 ou de l\u2019employeur (partiellement ou totalement).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Un nouveau syst\u00e8me de classification des emplois<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me de classification constitue l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment central de cette nouvelle CCNM. Sa mise en place vise \u00e0 <strong>instaurer une<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9quit\u00e9 entre les 1,6 millions employ\u00e9s du secteur<\/strong>, tout en <strong>simplifiant les dispositions<\/strong> pour les rendre<strong> plus accessibles<\/strong> \u00e0 l'ensemble des travailleurs.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La nouvelle classification des emplois constitue un bouleversement important pour les entreprises de ce secteur puisque l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et le niveau de formation ne seront plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9s, et la distinction entre les fili\u00e8res sera supprim\u00e9e. Seule la distinction entre cadres et non-cadres sera maintenue.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Dor\u00e9navant, le classement se basera sur <strong>six crit\u00e8res ind\u00e9pendants<\/strong> : La complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019activit\u00e9, les connaissances, l\u2019autonomie, la contribution, l\u2019encadrement et la communication, chacun ayant une valeur \u00e9quivalente, et comprenant <strong>dix niveaux d'exigence<\/strong>. En l\u2019absence de syst\u00e8me de transposition, les entreprises devront repartir de z\u00e9ro pour mettre en \u0153uvre ce nouveau syst\u00e8me de classification.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Une grille de salaire unique et nationale<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Avec la mise en place de ce syst\u00e8me de classification, c\u2019est un <strong>nouveau bar\u00e8me unique des salaires minima hi\u00e9rarchiques<\/strong> (SMH) qui est adopt\u00e9 et appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s du territoire. Il permet aux salari\u00e9s, une fois class\u00e9s, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un salaire minimum en dessous duquel l\u2019employeur ne peut le r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer. Dans certains cas cependant, une p\u00e9riode transitoire s\u2019appliquera avant son entr\u00e9e en vigueur.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Chaque ann\u00e9e<\/strong>, au terme du premier trimestre de l'ann\u00e9e civile,<strong> ces minima sont r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9s pour chacune des 18 classes d'emploi existante<\/strong>s, en prenant en compte le salaire minimum interprofessionnel de croissance (SMIC). Les n\u00e9gociations sont men\u00e9es entre les syndicats repr\u00e9sentatifs des salari\u00e9s et l'Union des industries et m\u00e9tiers de la m\u00e9tallurgie (UIMM).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accompagner le changement<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Les entreprises du secteur ont jusqu'au <strong>1er janvier 2024<\/strong> pour se conformer \u00e0 la nouvelle convention collective nationale de la m\u00e9tallurgie, qui englobe, en plus des modifications \u00e9voqu\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, des changements significatifs aff\u00e9rents aux <strong>primes d'anciennet\u00e9 et autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration conventionnels, aux cong\u00e9s exceptionnels pour anciennet\u00e9 ou pour \u00e9v\u00e9nements familiaux, aux contreparties relatives \u00e0 certaines formes d\u2019organisation du temps de travail, etc...<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Pour les entreprises disposant d\u2019accords collectifs internes, cette mise en conformit\u00e9 devra \u00eatre op\u00e9r\u00e9e en tenant compte de ces derniers.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Pour vous aider \u00e0 relever avec succ\u00e8s le d\u00e9fi majeur que repr\u00e9sente ce projet,<strong> Direction RH<\/strong> vous propose un <strong>accompagnement sur mesure<\/strong>.
