En cas d&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un dispositif de r\u00e9gulation de temp\u00e9rature, celui-ci ne doit \u00e9mettre aucune \u00e9manation dangereuse.<\/em> \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui concerne <strong>les postes de travail ext\u00e9rieurs<\/strong>, l\u2019article R. 4225-1 du Code du travail est modifi\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9ciser que ceux-ci <strong>sont am\u00e9nag\u00e9s de telle sorte que les travailleurs\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>soient prot\u00e9g\u00e9s contre les <u>effets<\/u> des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019article R. 4225-2 du Code du travail pr\u00e9voit que :\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0<em>L&#8217;employeur met \u00e0 disposition des travailleurs de l&rsquo;eau potable et fra\u00eeche pour leur permettre de se d\u00e9salt\u00e9rer et de se rafra\u00eechir.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9finir les \u00e9pisodes de chaleur \u00ab\u00a0intense\u00a0\u00bb, le Code du travail s\u2019appuie d\u00e9sormais sur le dispositif de <strong>vigilance \u00ab\u00a0canicule\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 par M\u00e9t\u00e9o France<\/strong>, le premier niveau d\u2019un \u00e9pisode de chaleur intense au sens du Code du travail \u00e9tant le niveau jaune (cf. article R. 4463-1, nouveau, du Code du travail et Arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 27 mai 2025).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=\u00a0\u00bbDes \u00e9volutions en termes d\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels \u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.4&Prime; L&#8217;employeur doit \u00e9galement pr\u00e9voir un moyen pour maintenir au frais, tout au long de la journ\u00e9e de travail, l&rsquo;eau destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la boisson, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des postes de travail, notamment pour les postes de travail ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p><em><u>NB<\/u><\/em><em>\u00a0: Lorsqu&rsquo;il est impossible de mettre en place l&rsquo;eau courante (exemple : pour les chantiers non raccord\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau courante), la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau mise \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 disposition doit \u00eatre d&rsquo;au moins trois litres par jour par travailleur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, l&#8217;employeur devra <strong>mettre \u00e0 jour le DUERP<\/strong> &#8211; document unique d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels (et le PAPRIPACT &#8211; programme Annuel de Pr\u00e9vention des Risques Professionnels et d\u2019Am\u00e9lioration des Conditions de Travail &#8211;
