After a long career in human resources management, Marie-Pierre Baïnachi-Miller founded Direction RH in 2013, a firm dedicated to HR outsourcing and consulting for businesses and associations. With her experience in renowned firms, where she led various HR and social services, she has developed invaluable expertise. 

Serge ALBOHAIR

Director

After a career in labor law, Serge Albohair joined Direction RH in 2019 as Director. He manages and supports a multidisciplinary team on various HR topics. He mainly collaborates with SMEs, associations, and international groups.
