The Human Resources Consulting Service (PCRH) is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) looking to strengthen their HR function and optimize talent management. This service is designed to support your HR projects by providing operational and strategic assistance to improve your company's performance and autonomy.
Thanks to the PCRH, you will benefit from an in-depth human resources diagnosis of your organization, allowing us to identify the priority support needs. Together, we will co-develop tailored tools and an action plan aligned with the expectations of all company stakeholders: management, employees, and employee representatives, if applicable.
The main goal of PCRH is to support the implementation of the proposed solutions while making you independent. We provide you with the necessary tools and methods so that you can use and adapt them autonomously, ensuring full ownership by your teams.
Two support options are available
Individual
Individual support is specifically designed to address the unique needs of your company.
Collective
Collective support is intended for a group of companies facing similar issues, whether they belong to the same industry, sector, or region.
Support and financing
The service is largely funded by DREETS (Regional Directorates for Economy, Employment, Labor, and Solidarity) and OPCO (Skills Operators). DIRECTION RH collaborates with several OPCOs—feel free to reach out to us! In most cases, this aid covers up to 100% of the support cost. However, depending on the policy of the OPCO you depend on, a residual cost may remain for the company.
The duration of the support varies based on several factors, such as the size of the company, the complexity of its organization, and the specific challenges identified during the assessment.
Please note that this government assistance is part of EU Regulation No. 1407/2013 on de minimis aid, ensuring that companies receive financial support without violating European rules.
