Benefit from an HR diagnosis and tailor-made solutions, largely funded by the state and OPCOs

The HR Consulting Service (PCRH) is primarily aimed at SMEs wishing to strengthen their HR function and optimise the management of their talent. This service supports your HR projects by providing operational and strategic assistance to improve the performance and autonomy of your company.

Thanks to the PCRH, you benefit from an in-depth diagnosis of your organisation’s human resources, identifying priority support needs. Together, we co-construct adapted tools and an action plan aligned with the expectations of all company stakeholders: management, employees and staff representatives, where applicable.

The main objective of the PCRH is to support the implementation of the proposed solutions whilst making you autonomous. We provide you with the tools and methods necessary so that you can use and adapt them independently, thus guaranteeing complete ownership by your teams.

Two support methods are available

Individual

Individual support is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of your company.

Collective

Collective support is intended for a group of companies sharing similar challenges, whether they belong to the same sector, subsidiary, or territory.

Coverage and funding

The service is largely funded by the DREETs (Regional Directorates for Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity) and OPCOs (Skills Operators). Direction RH works with several OPCOs — do not hesitate to contact us! In most cases, this assistance covers up to 100% of the support cost. However, depending on the policy of the OPCO on which you depend, a remaining charge may persist for the company.

The duration of the support varies according to several criteria, such as the size of the company, the complexity of its organisation, and the specific challenges identified during the diagnosis.

It should be noted that this state assistance falls within the framework of EU Regulation No. 1407/2013 on de minimis aid, guaranteeing that companies benefit from financial support without infringing European rules.
