President & Founder

After a long career in human resources management, Marie-Pierre Baïnachi-Miller founded Direction RH in 2013, a firm dedicated to HR outsourcing and consulting for companies and associations. Drawing on her experience in renowned firms, where she led various HR and social departments, she has developed precious expertise.

Serge ALBOHAIR

Director

After a career in social law, Serge Albohair joined Direction RH in 2019 as Director. He manages and supports a multidisciplinary team on various HR topics. He works primarily with SMEs, associations, and international groups.
